William (Bill) Hartson - Legal Assistant

William Hartson

William ("Bill") Hartson is a graduate of Baylor University with a BBA in economics, where he also competed as a member of the Baylor track team, earning four All-American awards. He began his career as an employee of the Law Offices of Robert W. Hartson in 1987 as a case manager.

With over 20 years of experience in the pre-litigation department, combined with his business background and knowledge of the insurance industry, Bill is exceptionally skilled in dealing with the insurance companies on behalf of our clients. With responsibilities ranging from initial client interviews, investigation, and negotiations on pre-litigation matters, he also enjoys being involved with the litigation support staff. Bill is passionate about and committed to his interactions with our clients, and takes great pride in developing lasting relationships with the Firm's clients.

Bill has continually demonstrated the ability to earn the trust of our clients in his tireless dedication to providing personal attention to our clients. Drawing on his vast experience, and knowledge in the personal injury field, he is uniquely qualified to handle the challenges presented in our Firm's areas of practice.
