JASON FRANKLIN: If you've applied for Social Security Disability and been denied, you have a right to an appeal. But your time is very limited. You only have 60 days to file an appeal. After you appeal, a hearing will be held in front of an administrative law judge. And you have the right to legal representation at that hearing. Now largely, your case will be dependent upon your past medical records.
